My favorite computer tip
My all time favorite tip is this:
When typing an address in to the address bar of your favorite web browser, type the name of the site and hit ctr+enter. For example, type Google and hit ctr+enter.
Everything else magically gets entered including http://www. & .com.

Christmas Came Early! (Google CR-48)
I unexpectedly received a CR-48 a couple days ago. That’s right. Google’s new test unit for their new Chrome OS operating system. I really did not think I would get one but I’m not complaining.
First off, there have been a lot of reviews posted already saying “This thing is beautiful”, and a lot saying “This thing is ugly”. They are both correct. This is not a production unit; therefore no logos, branding, etc. of any kind. The entire exterior features a rubberized surface. It is not glossy, it will not get fingerprints(unless you are eating a bag of chips while using one). I really like that. The matte finish also extends to the screen. I love it. The screen isn’t flawless, but no more glare from overhead lights.
